We have a large range of items that we can get from the supplier.

When quoting we will offer the items that we feel will fit your order. But if there is a brand you like to use or have used previously, please let us know and we will try and source it for you.

If we can't find specifically what you’re looking for, we have an option to supply your own.

To match threads, we will go by pantone shades to get the colours exact or match as best we can to the image you have given.

For every new logo we will do a test run and sample. This will ensure all your thread colours and logo look how you wanted them.

If you would like a test sample done before we start. Please let us know and we can set this up for you.

Once the text samples have been complete, we will send you an image (or post this to you if preferred) and wait for your sign off to get started on your order.

This can depend on the number of items you have ordered but we will turn it around as quick as possible. Most orders 3-5 days from sign off. 

If you need us to work to specific date, please let us know so we can factor this in.

We mainly use Royal Mail this will be a tracked service but for larger orders we will send the items via DPD
