Can I make changes to my order?

Get in touch as soon as you see an issue regarding your order, email us will the order number and the problem. If the item has already been made or has left the studio we may be unable to make any changes.

I have used the wrong delivery address?

If the item has not left the studio we can update your details on our system. If it has already been sent this can't be update.

If the delivery comes back to us we can resend, this will incur another delivery charge of £3.99. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Production time 3-5 working days + delivery time. (check website banner for up to date production time)

Delivery time could be longer during season periods. 

If you've not receive your item after 7 days of shipment date please get in touch and I will be happy to look into this for you.

Where is my order?

Always check your tracking details for the most up to date status of your item. Once your order has left our studio it’s out of our control.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Get in touch if you are ordering a large amount of items to discuss discount (10+  items)

Can I get a custom order?

To order a custom order please contact us via email, please send:

  • Size & colour of garments
  • Quantity 
  • exactly what you would like embroidered on your item.
  • Thread colours 
  • Shipment details (UK or INTERNATIONAL) 

Please send us as much detail as possible. To help give an accurate quote. 

For custom business logo's please attach a copy of your logo (high quality Png or vector file) & how you would like it placed on your garment. For more info ----

 

Can I order a different colour sweatshirt or t-shirt?

If you have a sweatshirt colour you would prefer but can’t see on our list please get in touch and we can order you in one that matches your colour preference. Please note this could incur and extra cost.

 

Can I order a small/larger size?

We stock S-XXL on all our t-shirts and sweatshirts. Most colours can be ordered in XS-5XL get in touch if you would like a different size and we can order it in for you. Please note this could incur and extra charge.  

 

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunately we don’t all sales are final as we make everything to order & the items are all personalised. If you do have an issues with your order please do get in touch.

 

Will I have to pay international import fee’s?

We am not responsible for any import fee’s for the items ordered on international shipping. The custom is responsible for any shipping/export fee’s that maybe incurred.

Please note if these fees are not paid and the items is returned to us, new shipping fee’s will need to be paid before we can send this back to you.
